Getting started

Sign in, pick your brand workspace, and learn how the MailStalk sidebar is organized.

Who this is for: New users setting up MailStalk for the first time.

Create your account and sign in

Visit the MailStalk website and open Login. Enter your email and password, then you land on your brand dashboard.

  1. Go to Login from the website header.
  2. Enter your registered email and password.
  3. After sign-in, select the brand (workspace) you want to work in if you have more than one.

Understand the sidebar

The left sidebar matches the main areas of MailStalk: Dashboard, Campaigns, Templates, Lists, Reports, Domain setup, Warmup, and Purchase history.

  1. Dashboard — quick stats for your brand.
  2. Campaigns — create and manage email sends.
  3. Lists — subscribers, housekeeping, and blacklist.
  4. Custom Sender Domain — DNS verification and Google Workspace connection.
  5. Email Warmup — build sending reputation gradually.

Tips

Verify your sender domain before sending large campaigns. Connect Google Workspace if you send to Gmail recipients at scale.

Common questions

I forgot my password.

Use Forgot password on the login page. Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset email.

I manage multiple brands.

Switch brands from your account home or dashboard. Each brand has its own lists, campaigns, and domain settings.
